Background:
Thanks so much for your interest in our Troopy Flat packs! We have been working hard over the past months to create a product that we are proud to release to the market. We didn’t want to just release another flat pack. We aim to bring to market a unique flat pack system that brings you the quality you expect from an Unwind Designs custom Fitout at a DIY friendly price point. We cant wait to see you out adventuring!

- Using Swiss designed cabinetry connectors, full installation is achieved in a weekend with no experience required.
- Maximum functionality with accessible storage when inside AND outside your Troopy!
- Unique day bed set up for the ultimate in comfort when stuck inside on a rainy day while maintaining access to your storage. This design allows access to storage under the bed while inside your Troopy!
- Shower cabinet access from the drivers side window from a standard sliding window or gullwing.
- Built from premium black hex face plywood. This plywood is designed as flooring and is an extremely durable material. The black hex finish looks great and is easy to maintain and keep clean.

We have teamed up with a mechanical engineer/industrial designer with a top of the line manufacturing facility to be able to bring the product to life. Using state of the art machinery we are able to produce a premium product at an affordable price point.

Our story
G'day Legends. My names Kyle and I am the owner, designer and fabricator of Ark Earth Products.
I am a very passionate Troopy owner and outback explorer.
When did my passion for Troopies come about? Well after owning a few different 4wds, I purchased my first Troopy in 2020 and as we all know the feeling it was love at first sight.
Following the purchase we decked out the Troopy and hit the road.
Since then we have travelled across remote desert tracks throughout the red centre.
Conquered the mighty telegraph track wheel lifting all the way to the tip of Queensland.
Rock hopped our way through the glass house mountains and the Victorian high country.
Burnt many miles of corrugations in the NT, up through Arnhem land and throughout many of the remote national parks.
And of course being locals of the great west coast. We have extensively covered WA from coast to coast and throughout the desert.
It would be safe to say our Troopy has done some miles. Upwards of 60,000kms of off-road tracks alone and we have spent more then 730nights sleeping in the back of our Troopy, so its fair to say we have some experience when it comes to Trooping around Australia.
What about Ark Earth?
Well Ark Earth was eventually born when we settled back in Perth.
Whats the plan?
As a business we want to create a place/store where fellow Troopy enthusiasts can come and purchase well designed and well executed products which will enhance thier travel experience.
Our goal is to build our business around the values and needs of our great TOA community.
